Jacked Nutrition is truly amazing. Not only has it given me a completely different perspective on what to prioritize in my nutrition (high protein and whole foods for the win 🙌🏼), it has helped shape my mindset around wellness as a whole. The motivational messages that come with ordering the food and on Jacked Nutrition social media help me stick to my goals and learn fun health tips. Not to mention, the food is delicious!!! I have shared Jacked food with my whole family and they have all loved it as well! Cannot wait to try more new recipes 😋

Extremely pleased with J-N! Food is excellent and is helping keep us on track for weight loss and athletic goals. Food choices are inventive, healthful, and filling. Any questions I’ve had about subscription plans have been immediately addressed on a personal basis. Given the hours it takes every week to meal plan, shop, and food prep- we have not found it impacts the budget too severely to use J-N instead; however, the return of my time has been a game changer. How nice to not worry on Sunday nights what to eat for the week. Will continue using this service- it helps us to get healthy meals on the table quickly with little effort and is supporting local small business. 110% without question.

Found jacked nutrition through a mutual business connection and they quickly became a staple in my household meal plan. Food is constantly rotated and never boring, tastes fantastic. Convenient for late night after sports, or on the go and eating quick. Pro tip: protein pancakes. We are life long customers.

I am a huge fan!! This week was my first time trying them out. I am so busy and have a hard time meal prepping or finding healthy options when I get home exhausted. I've tried another meal prep service in Lex but I was disappointed by the flavor. But not from Jacked! Their grilled chicken is so tender and seasoned so well! Everything is absolutely delicious and packaged excellently:) will be back!

I wish I could give Jacked 10 stars, but 5 will have to do. Really can't say enough about these folks, friendly, kind, professional AND the food is REALLY good. Most prep vendors are "just so-so"...NOPE Jacked is delicious. Try them, you won't be disappointed.

I could not be happier with my decision to end the all day Sunday food prep madness and join the Jacked Nutrition fam. The meals are made with super high quality food, taste amazing, portioned perfectly WITH the macros included. The portion control has helped me so much with my weight loss and over all health journey. Once I reach my goal, I have decided to stick with Jacked Nutrition because I do not miss food prepping, shopping and planning weekday meals in the least. If you’re on the fence about ordering, just try it for a week. You will NOT be disappointed.
