The folks at Jacked are true community leaders, and provide a phenomenal meal service! Clean and delicious meals. Incredibly accurate macros, and never short of variety! Outside of the meal service, the folks at Jacked are always improving and uplifting the community at every step of their journey. In the gym, with their clients, and on the podiums they are elected to speak at. I have nothing but love for these people, and recommend their services to anybody looking to get the edge on their journey to better health!

Honestly...this is quickly becoming one of my favorite views. They have the meal prep game figured out. I've tried a few different meal prep companies and this is the first one I've actually enjoyed eating. It takes so much stress out of my week. Thank you guys for existing! Also...get some pancakes. I am a huge fan!! This week was my first time trying them out. I am so busy and have a hard time meal prepping or finding healthy options when I get home exhausted. I've tried another meal prep service in Lex but I was disappointed by the flavor. But not from Jacked! Their grilled chicken is so tender and seasoned so well! Everything is absolutely delicious and packaged excellently:) will be back!

Jacked Nutrition is amazing for busy, on the go people! Being a teacher, these are great for a quick breakfast and I never have to think about what I’m having for lunch and whether it is good for me. We first bought meals to try them out and we got hooked quick. The convenience of having these healthy meals is amazing. We love being able to have a variety of choices for breakfast and lunch. The prices are great and pick up is so easy. The amazing staff is super accommodating and friendly! Jacked has been a weekly purchase for us since December 2021.

I can’t say enough good things about Jessica and Allen. I am a definite fan of this company! I had been a professional athlete a good portion of my life and, of course, that revolved around healthy nutrition. However, I became very ill and doctors were puzzled as to what caused my symptoms. It turned out to be hyperthyroidism. After finding the right medication, I had over 20 lbs to lose. I was able to lose 22 lbs last year with Jacked-Nutrition and keep it off! Healthy meal prep made the work so much easier! Jessica is genuinely serious about sourcing the best ingredients and really helping the people that buy their food live a healthier lifestyle. Protein pancakes are always a favorite and I love that I can customize my meals! I highly recommend Jacked Nutrition, especially, if you are new to meal prep. It’s a fast and easy way to get the nourishment and fuel you need for accomplishing your goals.

I love this place. The staff is friendly and the drinks are just what I need to help me get through the day. That being said I wish you guys were open later on Saturdays. Working at the hospital and doing a late shifts, hitting jacked before my shift would make the night go by faster. But thank you for being awesome.
