Jacked Nutrition is truly amazing. Not only has it given me a completely different perspective on what to prioritize in my nutrition (high protein and whole foods for the win 🙌🏼), it has helped shape my mindset around wellness as a whole. The motivational messages that come with ordering the food and on Jacked Nutrition social media help me stick to my goals and learn fun health tips. Not to mention, the food is delicious!!! I have shared Jacked food with my whole family and they have all loved it as well! Cannot wait to try more new recipes 😋

Outside of the meal service, the folks at Jacked are always improving and uplifting the community at every step of their journey. I’m absolutely obsessed with Jacked Nutrition! It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for, for so long. The food is delicious - I have yet to have something I don’t like. Jessica and her team are incredible and so kind and consistently send motivational and check-in texts. Jacked has saved me so much time between working full time and coaching three sports. If you’re on the fence about trying it, just do it!

Honestly...this is quickly becoming one of my favorite views. They have the meal prep game figured out. I've tried a few different meal prep companies and this is the first one I've actually enjoyed eating. It takes so much stress out of my week. Thank you guys for existing! Also...get some pancakes. I am a huge fan!! This week was my first time trying them out. I am so busy and have a hard time meal prepping or finding healthy options when I get home exhausted. I've tried another meal prep service in Lex but I was disappointed by the flavor. But not from Jacked! Their grilled chicken is so tender and seasoned so well! Everything is absolutely delicious and packaged excellently:) will be back!

I enjoy Jacked Nutrition because the food is absolutely delicious. Ordering prepared meals makes my life much easier because it gives me more time to devote to work and school responsibilities. Everything made at Jacked Nutrition is put together with health in mind so in addition to loving the amazing flavor, I love how energized my body feels after eating the meals. Jacked Nutrition has been an affordable solution for my fiancé and I. The food taste great, is customizable, and healthy alternative to what we would have otherwise ate.
