Jacked Nutrition is truly amazing. Not only has it given me a completely different perspective on what to prioritize in my nutrition (high protein and whole foods for the win 🙌🏼), it has helped shape my mindset around wellness as a whole. The motivational messages that come with ordering the food and on Jacked Nutrition social media help me stick to my goals and learn fun health tips. Not to mention, the food is delicious!!! I have shared Jacked food with my whole family and they have all loved it as well! Cannot wait to try more new recipes 😋

Honestly...this is quickly becoming one of my favorite views. They have the meal prep game figured out. I am a huge fan!! This week was my first time trying them out. I am so busy and have a hard time meal prepping or finding healthy options when I get home exhausted. I've tried another meal prep service in Lex but I was disappointed by the flavor. But not from Jacked! Their grilled chicken is so tender and seasoned so well! Everything is absolutely delicious and packaged excellently:) will be back!

Jacked Nutrition is amazing for busy, on the go people! Being a teacher, these are great for a quick breakfast and I never have to think about what I’m having for lunch and whether it is good for me. We first bought meals to try them out and we got hooked quick. The convenience of having these healthy meals is amazing. We love being able to have a variety of choices for breakfast and lunch. The prices are great and pick up is so easy. The amazing staff is super accommodating and friendly! Jacked has been a weekly purchase for us since December 2021.
