Outside of the meal service, the folks at Jacked are always improving and uplifting the community at every step of their journey. In the gym, with their clients, and on the podiums they are elected to speak at. I have nothing but love for these people, and recommend their services to anybody looking to get the edge on their journey to better health!

I am a huge fan!! This week was my first time trying them out. I am so busy and have a hard time meal prepping or finding healthy options when I get home exhausted. I've tried another meal prep service in Lex but I was disappointed by the flavor. But not from Jacked! Their grilled chicken is so tender and seasoned so well! Everything is absolutely delicious and packaged excellently:) will be back!

Listen… the meals are so freaking delicious. You order, pickup or have it delivered, and best of all, THIS IS ALL LOCAL. Support your neighbors! If you’ve ever tried any kind of pre-prepped meal kit, I can GUARANTEE you this is WAY better and more affordable! Plus, the high protein content helps stave off the hangries. GETCHA SOME!!!
