I am a huge fan!! This week was my first time trying them out. I am so busy and have a hard time meal prepping or finding healthy options when I get home exhausted. I've tried another meal prep service in Lex but I was disappointed by the flavor. But not from Jacked! Their grilled chicken is so tender and seasoned so well! Everything is absolutely delicious and packaged excellently:) will be back!

I’m really impressed with the thought they put into their meals. The flavors blend together so well. Weekly meal options and I love to get the extra protein option too! First off I can’t say enough good things about the people that run this company. I haven’t known them for long but they do genuinely seem serious about good ingredients and really helping the people that buy their food live a healthier lifestyle. The pricing is great and it’s local so you don’t have to have it shipped from some other company. Far as the food goes it is fantastic so far the breakfast casserole and the breakfast pancakes are by far my favorite. For anyone out there that is trying to lose weight or gain weight they can customize the meals which I think is pretty amazing. I highly recommend Jacked Nutrition especially if you need help with that meal prepping.

The meals are made with super high quality food, taste amazing, portioned perfectly WITH the macros included. The portion control has helped me so much with my weight loss and over all health journey.
