Honestly...this is quickly becoming one of my favorite views. They have the meal prep game figured out. I've tried a few different meal prep companies and this is the first one I've actually enjoyed eating. It takes so much stress out of my week. Thank you guys for existing! Also...get some pancakes. First off I can’t say enough good things about the people that run this company. I haven’t known them for long but they do genuinely seem serious about good ingredients and really helping the people that buy their food live a healthier lifestyle. The pricing is great and it’s local so you don’t have to have it shipped from some other company. Far as the food goes it is fantastic so far the breakfast casserole and the breakfast pancakes are by far my favorite. For anyone out there that is trying to lose weight or gain weight they can customize the meals which I think is pretty amazing. I highly recommend Jacked Nutrition especially if you need help with that meal prepping.
